How to request Support?
There are three methods to get support from QViD Technologies:
1. Ticket System Support: Take the following steps to request support:
a. Go to http://www.qvidtech.com
b. Go to QViD Support on the menu, and click on "submit a support ticket" in the submenu.
c. Click on submit new problem
d. Fill out the information with your username, full name, location, category of the problem and type of problem, etc.
e. In case you need to upload a file you can do it there in the form.
f. When you finish, press save on top or bottom of the form.
That's it, our support team will contact you within an hour with a code to access remotely your computer and fix the issue.
2. Telephone: You can contact us by telephone at any of our lines to get support. The response time will be within two hours, that's the reason we encourage to use the ticket system. If you prefer to use the telephone contact us at:
