QViD Technologies POS System Design and Setup Methodology

QViD Technologies POS Systems account manager is the first contact between the company and the client. He will do a complete assessment of your business and will give this information to our specialists, to design the system that fit your needs.

This preliminary design will be exposed to the client with a live demo of the software for your consideration. As a customer, you will never be charged for a preliminary design and a live demo. It is your right to have a preview of the system capabilities and how it will be used on your business.

After this review, we will give you a complete estimate of the equipment and installation costs for your consideration. We always recommend using our hardware for four main reasons:

  • We will always have the best price on the market, considering our excellent relationship to vendors.
  • Our hardware has been proven to work with the POS Software.
  • We guarantee the maximum performance of the software using the recommended hardware
  • We will cover any warranty on the hardware in case of a failure, and in most of the cases replace the equipment if needed.

After the estimate has been approved by the client, it is time to start working on the project. Every step of the installation will be coordinated with the client, always attending their suggestions and inform them if any situation arises during the installation.

Most of the work on the software is done in our site, to make the installation as quick as possible to the client. We bring the software already configured to work, and if menu setup is requested by client, it will be also handled in our offices. That gives us more quality time with the clients to give them for training purposes.

Training will be handled by one of our certified software specialist to ensure that our client feels comfortable using the software and dominates the essential features of it. Usually, the training takes about 6 hours to be completed.

After the system has been setup and the customer has been trained, our job will be completed. But, QViD Technologies always goes the extra mile and includes a 2-hour live support to our clients, helping them during their first live experience with the software. This is an extra effort by our side, to make you rest assured that your system will perform as expected.

All our installations comes with a 1-year warranty. If any problems involving the physical installation of the system may arise, QViD Technologies will be there to solve them for free.

QViD Technologies also offer to our clients support programs. POS Systems are probably one of the most stable technology you will find, but if any problems with the software may arise, our POS specialist will access remotely the system and solve the problem inmediately.
